Scenario: Despite having one of the largest banking customer bases, many of JPMC’s customers turn to third-party platforms when it comes to investing. To close this gap, JPMC set out to expand self-directed investment capabilities to retain these users. Deloitte Digital brought it multiple pods of PM, designers, and engineers to rapidly build and deploy new, vital investment platform features.
