New business venture, “Traversa,” a digital travel membership
Partnership: Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) + Deloitte Digital
Role: Journey Mapping, UX Writing (20-person team)
Scenario: MVW’s core business model, timeshares, is well known to be a declining market. MVW brought in Deloitte Digital to explore new business opportunities for non-core growth. After converging on 3 winning concepts, Deloitte was re-hired to design the winning concept from Phase 1, “Traversa,” a luxury travel membership that unlocks revenue from unused inventory.
Goals: Create name, branding, & full UI design of platform to fully realize the concept and get green light for implementation
