Oddity’s third home-grown brand; a telehealth dermatology business that provides people with chronic skin conditions access to prescription treatments and ongoing dermatological care
Team: Joined full team of 15 in April of 2024, now a 80+ person team with a 6-person digital product team
Role: Founding product lead; manager of 2 product manager, 3 UI designers, and a development team of 30
The Opportunity: In 2023, Oddity’s in-house New Ventures Team identified the gap in the market for a reimagined dermatology business. The traditional dermatology model was leaving behind hundreds of thousands of people with acne, hyperpigmentation, and eczema who couldn’t navigate the inflexibility of in-person visits, insurance barriers, limited follow-up care, and a lack of personalized support.
The Business: A digital dermatology business. A web platform for patient intake, diagnosis, and treatment matching. A native iOS app for progress tracking, treatment adjustments, and ongoing doctor messaging and support
